If you are found to have a pet on the property, there will be a $500 charge. Service dogs are welcome but must be accompanied at all times. The primary booker must be at least 25 years old. This is to ensure responsible use of the property and compliance with our rental policies. Note: The second bedroom is a loft with a full staircase and hand railing leading up to it. We also have 14 stairs leading up to the cabin itself. Guests who have difficulties with stairs, may be more comfortable at another cabin. While we welcome infants and children at our cabin, we don't consider it "kid proof." Meaning there is no crib available, no guard rails at the top of the stairs or child-proof locks on the cabinets.
